The food that you eat while at the
ashram is lovingly prepared from early
in the morning until late in the evening
by some extraordinary local women.
Every
day they take great care in making
fresh, delicious yogic food for the
yoga trainees.
So
thank you from the bottom of my heart
(and stomach!) for their patience,
